Training

Below is our training sessions. If you want to try them then you are welcome to come along. Please bring high viz jackets and head torches for outdoor activities during the winter months. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Seniors Run

6:45 pm

In the winter (Until end of March) we run on the quiet country lanes.

starting at Kirkby Stephen Grammar School

Runs vary between 5 - 8 miles depending on weather and group abilities.
Please bring High viz jacket and head torch during winter months.

1st Sept Meet at Weasdale
8th Sept Meet at Fell Gate Nine Standards
15th Sept Meet at Bowderdale
22nd Sept Meet at Smardale
29th Sept Meet at Ravenstonedale

Pub Fun Run

Seniors only

Starting 6:15pm from St Andrews Church, Sedbergh.

All abilities welcome, will cater runs accordingly. Pub afterwards
Tuesday Meet at 6.30pm Different location each week, announced on a Sunday evening on the HH Facebook site.

Beginners/ Improvers Running group

NOTE 18th June only We are doing an offroad route. We meet at Pendragon at 6:00pm Here (New layby)
